Private & Shared Accommodations

Well-appointed rooms in single-family homes throughout Richmond. Every residence is fully furnished, with shared living spaces, modern kitchens, and outdoor areas for reflection and community.

Safety Without Compromise

Keypad entry with individual access codes, exterior surveillance, motion-sensor lighting, and enforced curfew. Residents and families can trust that security is never an afterthought.

Structure That Supports Recovery

Weekly house meetings led by an on-site house manager, shared chores and responsibilities, clear expectations, and a zero-tolerance policy for alcohol and drug use create accountability that sticks.

Digital application, electronic signatures, and a 5-minute phone screen. Most clients move from referral to move-in within 24 hours. No paper. No waiting. No friction.

VARR & DBHDS Accreditation — In Process

We are actively pursuing full VARR accreditation and DBHDS certification under SB838 and VA Code § 37.2-431.1. We operate to NARR Standards 3.0 and the Social Model of Recovery from day one — your clients are in a professionally operated residence working toward full certification.

Continuity of Care

We maintain communication with your clinical team throughout a resident's stay. Progress updates, incident reporting, and discharge planning are coordinated — not siloed. We're an extension of your continuum, not a dead end.

Level II Recovery Residence

Monitored sober living with an on-site house manager, peer accountability, random drug screening, enforced curfew, and structured chore assignments. The right level of support for clients transitioning from treatment or stepping into independent recovery.
